Our policy

Cancellation & satisfaction.

Cancellation

You can cancel a confirmed cleaning up to 24 hours before the start of your time window by replying to your confirmation email — no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours may keep up to half the price to compensate the cleaner.

If we cannot find a cleaner for your date and time, your card hold is released and you are not charged.

Satisfaction

Not satisfied with the cleaning? Reply to your confirmation email within 48 hours and tell us what's wrong. We'll send someone back to make it right, at no extra charge.

When prices change

Flat pricing assumes a typical home. If a home needs significantly more time than expected, or specialty cleaning (heavy mildew, post-construction, hoarding situations, etc.), we'll let you know and confirm with you before any extra work starts. We never tack on surprise charges after the fact.

Insurance & safety

Our cleaners are vetted local independent contractors. Buzmo Cleaning carries a general liability and bond policy to cover the rare case of damage or loss during a cleaning. Tell us about anything unsafe — exposed wiring, biohazards, aggressive pets — before the cleaning so we can plan with you.
