Before you request.

Is my appointment guaranteed when I submit?
Not yet — we treat the submission as a request. We check cleaner availability and confirm by email within 48 hours. Your card is held but only charged when your cleaner is confirmed.
When do I get charged?
When we confirm a cleaner for your date. If we can't find a cleaner in time, the hold is released and you're not charged.
Why is the earliest date two days out?
It gives us a real window to match a quality local cleaner to your home and time. The first cleaner who picks up isn't always the right one.
Do you serve my city?
We currently cover Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, and El Segundo. Other South Bay cities — email us and we'll see if we can help.
Are inside windows included?
Reachable interior window glass, yes. Exterior windows, screens, and window tracks aren't included by default.
What about inside oven or inside fridge?
Not included by default — you can arrange these separately. Tell us in the notes and we'll quote the add-on before any work.
What if my home needs extra time?
Flat pricing assumes a typical home. If we see your home needs more time or specialty cleaning, we confirm any change with you before starting.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We'll send someone back within 48 hours, free of charge. Reply to your confirmation email and tell us what's wrong.
How is this different from TaskRabbit or Handy?
Those are national platforms that match by hourly rate. We're a single South Bay operator with a small set of vetted local cleaners and one flat price per home size. Quieter, more local.
